What is a Toxin? Why do we eliminate the Toxin?

Toxin from external source like air, water pollution, residual of insect killer in farm vegetables, many drugs taken or internal toxin from unusual behaviors like having more sugar or refined foods, alcohol, restless, sleepless, no adequate exercise, and daily abused ourselves with various stimulants and sedative. The incidence of many toxicity diseases has increased as Cancer and Cardiovascular, Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity, Allergic fever and so on. Beside those mention above some kinds of symptom, such as headaches, fatigue, pains, coughs, gastrointestinal problems and immune weakness, can be related to toxicity.
Now you are realized that how important it is to get any kinds of toxin eliminated from your bodies for the whole bodies balanced as well.

How to do the fasting and why do we have to fast?

When our body collected many toxins, the liver helps setting the gastric juice which using for food digestion but also, transform many toxic substance into the harmless agents, while the blood carries wastes to the kidney; the liver also dumps waste through the bile into the intestines, where much waste is eliminated.
While we are fasting, our body do not have food digestion process. The liver is concentrate for toxin eliminating only as the Detoxification process
