Remarks :

• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast, 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum 4 consecutive nights stay for all bookings during 20 Dec 2011 – 5 Jan 2012 inclusive.
• Minimum 3 consecutive nights stay for all bookings during 12 – 17 Apr 2012.

  All long weekends: THB 500/room/night
• Child Policy :
  Child under 12 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding is free of charge.
  Child under 4 years old is entitled to complimentary breakfast.
• Check In & Check Out Time:
  Check in: 2:00 p.m.
  Check out: 12:00 noon
  Early check in is subject to room availability. Resort can store guests' luggage if unable to accommodate checking in early.
  Rooms used until 6:00 p.m. on departure day will be charged 50% of the room rate.
  Rooms used beyond 6:00 p.m. on departure day will be charged the full room rate.
• Complimentary :
  Welcome drink upon arrival.
  Coffee / Tea making facilities in room.
  Free usage of internet service at Deluxe room.
• Family Plan :
  Child under 10 years sharing same room/ existing bed with parents, FOC on room only, maximum two children per room, additional extra bed will be charged at Baht 500 (one extra bed per room)
