Remarks:

• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Public Holiday Surcharge:
  - Songkran Festival 12-15 Apr '12 and 12-15 Apr '13 inclusive : Rates during the Peak Season will apply
• Extra bed is on a per person per night basis inclusive of ABF. Mattress will be provided for units in the Sea View zone.
• Child Policy:
  - Child under 10 years old sharing room with parents without extra bed is free of charge. Maximum 2 children per room.
  - Child 5-10 years is entitled to 50% discount on ABF.
• Banpu Suite Rooms, Garden Superior, and Garden Deluxe Rooms have additional amenities such as automatic kettle, hair dryer, electronic safety box, and complimentary hot beverages.
• Minimum 2 nights is required. Otherwise, additional charge of THB 150 per booking will apply.
